Keros Capital's biggest asset is our registered users.  We are strongly committed to your right to privacy and to keeping your personal and financial information secure.  To earn your trust and confidence in our commitment, we are fully disclosing our privacy practices.  We encourage you to read our privacy statement to understand what types of personally identifiable information we collect and how we use this information.

Your Privacy Is Important

We regard our customers' privacy as one of our most important priorities and we have taken every step possible to assure that your privacy is kept with the highest degree of safety and security.  As such, we will never disclose, sell, or rent your personal information to any other third party, unless for some reason we are required by law to do so and/or we are under a court order to do so.  If for some reason we are required by law to disclose your private information to an outside party, we will notify you of our obligation before disclosing such information.

What infomation do we collect?

At Keros Capital, we collect two types of information from our registered users and subscribers:

1. Site usage data
2. Registration and subscription data

Site usage data is information we collect to measure how our registered users and customers use Keros Capital and our related sites.  From time to time, Keros Capital may perform statistical analyses of aggregate user behavior, but they are not based on any personal information that you provide, nor are they personally identifiable. These analyses allow us to measure your interest in our site, and help us in several key areas.  The most important of these are:

• Improving our web content
• Enhancing your experience while visiting the site
• Customizing the content and/or layout of our pages
• Providing services required by individual users
• Developing new products based on your needs
• We use tracking information to determine how well each page performs overall based on aggregate user demographics and traffic patterns to those pages.  This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

Registration and subscription data is the only personally identifiable information that Keros Capital seeks about you.  This information includes your e-mail address and, in some cases, your name, mailing address, telephone number or fax number.

We collect your e-mail address as part of the Keros Capital registration process. We use it to send you investment information and timely financial news.  From time to time, we will also send you additional information including special offers from Keros Capital or specially selected partners.  If you are a subscriber to our investment newsletters, you will also receive information regarding your newsletter author's site.  Our Client Relations representatives may also contact you if they have any questions about your subscription or service.

We neither rent nor sell your email address to anyone.  Though we hope you gain value from the messages you receive, you can choose to opt-out of receiving further messages by following the instructions provided at the close of each e-mail.  To opt-out of receiving future messages, click here.  We collect your postal address as part of the order process.

What are my options?

Users who would rather not provide any of the user data requested by our registration process do not need to register with us.  You can still view much of the content and use many of the services offered by our sites without registering.

Changes to Your Personal Information

As a Visitor, if any of your Personal Information provided by you changes, please let us know the correct information by emailing us all such details at webmaster@keroscapital.com.
